We plan to adopt Provision as our comprehensive cradle-to-grave solution for all future projects.

What challenges led you to choose Provision, and how has it addressed those issues?

One of the biggest challenges that led us to Provision was the lack of cohesiveness that existed between the General Conditions and Supplemental Conditions during the tender stage risk review process. This often involved a lot of page turning and re-reading to get a complete understanding of the contract language. Provision inserts the Supplementary Conditions into the General Conditions allowing a more unified review, as well as a better understanding of the contract language.

Can you quantify the benefits of using Provision in terms of time, cost, efficiency, or other metrics?

Perhaps the biggest benefit of Provision to date has been the time it has saved performing front end reviews of tender documents. It has literally saved us days of review time.

Besides the expected outcomes, have you noticed any additional advantages since implementing Provision?

Provision had allowed us to better address clients / owners on contract language. In addition, Provision’s query / chat feature makes searching for information extremely easy.
